Airplane & Transfer

The international airport El Altet (Alicante-ALC) have regular flights which connect with different locations in Spain and Europe. The airport is situated 11km south of Alicante and 50km from Benidorm. The journey to Madrid takes about 45 minutes and to most principal European cities, a 2 or 3 hours journey.

There are 2 terminals, currently only 1 is operative.

Information and assistance desks:

An information desk (Tel:+34 96 691 9100) is permanently situated at the check in area;
There is an alternative desk, (tel: +34 96 691 9400) is situated in the exit area and is open when there is a large volume of travelers.

Public transport:

Buses depart every 30 minutes to and from the main bus station in Alicante.

Car rental:

Centauro, Avis, Hertz España, Atesa, Europcar IB, Europa Rent a Car y Sol-Mar SL are all situated in “Arrivals” next to luggage pick up.

Transfers:

Benidorm has a strategic location on the Mediterranean coast, very near to three international airports which receive national and international flights. If you are flying to Alicante, Valencia or Murcia count on Gestaltur.

Train

RENFE connects Alicante (40km from Benidorm) with all the national and international railway networks. Upon arrival in Alicante railway station, the journey to Benidorm can be covered by a narrow-gauge train, better known as the Trenet.

Bus

Benidorm has its own main bus station. The majority of bus companies, national and European offer tickets direct to Benidorm. You can ask for information directly from your travel agents or from the bus company: Alsa Alsa or Bilman.

By Road

Benidorm is perfectly connected by the A7 motorway, which form a part of the national and international network of motorways connecting with the principal Spanish and European cities.
