The offers that appear on the web and online channels will be applicable only for stays longer than 5 nights. For long stays promos (winter period) the minimum stay ir 28 nights.
No refund in case of cancellation.
100% prepaid when doing the reservation. For long stays reservation (winter period) 50% prepaid at the time of reservation.
50% deposit to secure your reservation.
The price is per night and apartment.
Minimum stay of 3 nights with a supplement of € 50 for stays of less than 5 nights.
Stays equal to or greater than 5 nights, the regular rate will apply.
The price includes water and electricity supply.
Air conditioning and heating will be charged throughout the year.
For bookings in buildings with several apartments, that is: Mariscal 4 & 5, Gemelos 2 & 4, Paraíso 10, a specific floor will not be guaranteed, but we do take note of preferences.
The rest of the reservation will be paid in cash or by card at our office before the keys are handed over.
If you arrive outside of office hours, payment will be made the next day.
Official exchange rate without commission. Only cash accepted.
Check in / out
Check in from 5pm.
Check out until 10am.
Early check in / late check out subject to availability.
All occupants must show their ID or Passport upon arrival.
Arrivals after hours, those over 16 years old, the next day must report to the office to register.
Handover of keys
In the office during business hours.
In case of out of hours, it will be specified in advance where to collect the keys.
It will be done on arrival (during check in), it will be paid with a card (credit or debit) for a variable value between € 60-250 (depending on the apartment, season and floor).
For arrivals outside office hours, the deposit will be paid in cash. The change from cash to credit card will be made the following day in our office.
The loss of the apartment’s keys will be charged from € 35 to 100 euros, depending on the type of door and community.
The majority of the apartments have a private pool. The opening dates are usually from June 15 to September 15 (indicative dates). More information available in our office.
Transfer & excursions
Possibility of hiring taxi service or transfers (shuttle) in our offices.
Tickets for amusement parks and excursions available at our offices.
Gestaltur will not be held responsible for any loss of clients’ belongings. Thus, most apartments have a safe available to hire.
If the apartment does not have a safe, we have them in our offices (depending on availability).
Gestaltur will not be held responsible for any possible damanges that could occur to your vehicle.
