19 Jun Gestaltur awarded with SICTED Quality

Gestaltur obtains its first SICTED quality label after successfully passing the SICTED Distinction Committee held in Benidorm on 15th June.

What is SICTED?

It is a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Secretary of State for Tourism (SETUR), with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP). Up to 36 different tourist services partake in the SICTED, with the ultimate goal of improving the experience and satisfaction of tourists in every respect.

The “Commitment to Tourism Quality” award certifies compliance with the requirements established in the methodology and recognises the effort and commitment to quality and continuous improvement, while the tourist service stands out from its competitors.
