Magnificent apartment located in a unique location, with two bedrooms and spectacular sea views.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the Dos Calas building and offers comfort, spaciousness and an excellent location. It has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, gallery and bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and beautiful sea views. The secondary bedroom has two single beds and has access to the glazed terrace.
The bathroom is completely renovated, with a shower, a bidet and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is independent and is equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, 4-burner cooker and coffee maker. The washing machine is located in the gallery, next to the cleaning cupboard.
The living-dining room also communicates with the glazed terrace, offers air conditioning, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and two sofas; one of them is a sofa bed for two people.
The community facilities offer an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, surrounded by landscaped areas. It also has a private parking space with direct access to the dwelling by lift.
The location is excellent, 5 minutes walking from Levante Beach and very close to Mediterranean Avenue, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and leisure options.
In addition, it is also a few minutes from two of the most important coves in Benidorm: 5 minutes walking from Cala Almadraba and 7 minutes walking from Cala del Tio Ximo.

The bathroom has a bidet and bathtub.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, equipped with all necessary appliances: Fridge, microwave, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob and washing machine.
The living-dining room also has air conditioning, TV, wifi and sofa bed.
The communal facilities offer a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, with an area for adults and children, and communal parking subject to availability.
The apartment is located on Kennedy Street, very close to Playa de Levante and the town centre. Just a few steps from Avenida Europa and Avenida del Mediterráneo, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and leisure options.

Fully refurbished apartment, very welcoming to enjoy a holiday in Benidorm.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Mariscal 4 building and has capacity for 6 people. It has two bedrooms with double beds and ceiling fans. The living-dining room offers a sofa bed, TV, wifi and air conditioning and connects to the open-plan kitchen with American bar, fully equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy your stay in our accommodation. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.
Additionally, beach chairs are available and two bicycles exclusively for guests so you can make the most of your stay in Benidorm.
The building has a communal swimming pool and communal parking subject to availability. The pool and garden area is connected to the pool and garden of the Mariscal V (5) block.
