The kitchen has also been renovated and is equipped with all necessary appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave and washing machine.
The living room is very bright, with access to the glazed terrace, with an electric sofa with extendable footrest, TV, air conditioning and a desk to be able to work.
The glazed terrace offers wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, it has a second TV, dining table, sofa bed for two people and electric awning.

Fully renovated apartment, very cozy to enjoy a holiday in Benidorm.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Mariscal 4 building and can accommodate 6 people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and ceiling fan. The living room offers a sofa bed, TV, wifi and air conditioning and communicates with the open kitchen with an American bar, fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils to enjoy a stay in our accommodation. The bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.
In addition, beach chairs are available and two bicycles exclusive to guests so they can fully enjoy their stay in Benidorm.
The building has a communal swimming pool and communal parking subject to availability. The pool and garden area is connected to the pool and garden of the Mariscal V (5) block.
