Stay in our Kennedy 1 apartment on the 19th floor to enjoy the best views. The apartment is located near the city centre, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the nightlife. Nevertheless, the area is very quiet. It can accommodate 6 people, as it has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a glazed terrace with a sofa bed.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and two single beds together. The second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom also has a bathtub and is right next to the second bedroom. Living/dining room with TV and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
It has a communal swimming pool and a covered parking space.
