It has a private parking space and a seasonal outdoor community pool, as well as a shaded area with seating. The building has access from two different streets.

The bedroom features a double bed, built-in wardrobes, views of the pool, and air conditioning (at an additional cost). Full bathroom with shower, washing machine, and hair dryer. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with all the necessary appliances: Refrigerator, microwave, oven, 4-burner stovetop, and coffee maker. The living-dining room offers excellent views of the Benidorm bay and includes a dining table, sofa bed, and air conditioning (at an additional cost).
