Bright and spacious apartment with swimming pool and parking located in the heart of Playa Levante, ideal for groups of friends or families looking for comfort and proximity to the beach.
The apartment is located on the 8th floor of the Mariscal 5 building. It has two bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room and bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed, TV, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom also has a double bed.

Fully renovated apartment, very cozy to enjoy a holiday in Benidorm.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Mariscal 4 building and can accommodate 6 people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and ceiling fan. The living room offers a sofa bed, TV, wifi and air conditioning and communicates with the open kitchen with an American bar, fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils to enjoy a stay in our accommodation. The bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.
In addition, beach chairs are available and two bicycles exclusive to guests so they can fully enjoy their stay in Benidorm.
The building has a communal swimming pool and communal parking subject to availability. The pool and garden area is connected to the pool and garden of the Mariscal V (5) block.
