The apartment is located on the 18th floor of the La Niña building, about 500 metres from Levante beach.
The apartment is ideal for family or group holidays, thanks to its two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, an American-style kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, washing machine and a bathroom with a bidet. It also has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The establishment has a private community seasonal outdoor pool, with grass around it; an oasis of tranquility to relax. And if you want to enjoy the hustle and bustle, just a few steps away you have a wide variety of bars, pubs and restaurants to sample international cuisine. You have plenty to choose from!

Huge apartment for 6 with big sun terrace. 360 degree views from the 18th floor. 2 Large bedrooms, 1 shower room en-suite. Big kitchen with breakfast bar and all you would need for cooking purposes. Living area also large enough without falling over see more

Although there is a router in the apartment there is no wi-fi. We didn't pay for internet but would be a great addition. Otherwise the apartment is ideal for anyone.
Only issue is the elevator which stops at random floors, and the doors won't open. see more

Only issue is the elevator which stops at random floors, and the doors won't open. We pressed for 18th and it stopped on 10 and were stuck there for 5 minutes. Also residents holding the lifts so we were trapped on 18 for 20 minutes!!! |
