The apartment is located on the 17th floor of the Gemelos 26 building (tower 2) and has capacity for 4 people. It consists of a living-dining room, glazed terrace with views of the sea and the swimming pool, kitchen, gallery, bathroom and bedroom.
The dining room has a sofa bed for two people as it converts into two single beds.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and ceramic hob, and has access to a gallery with a sink and washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
In addition, there is WiFi and air conditioning through ducts.
It also has an underground parking space in the building.
The community facilities are amazing: with a large swimming pool, indoor pool, tennis and padel court, and play area for the little ones, perfect for families. It even has an exercise area for senior citizens.
