The lounge is spacious and bright and is equipped with a chaise-longue that converts into a double sofa bed. It also offers a dining area with pleasant views of the sea, the swimming pool and the landscaped areas of the residential complex.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: fridge and freezer, three-ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, crockery and kitchen utensils.

Fully renovated apartment, very cozy to enjoy a holiday in Benidorm.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Mariscal 4 building and can accommodate 6 people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and ceiling fan. The living room offers a sofa bed, TV, wifi and air conditioning and communicates with the open kitchen with an American bar, fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils to enjoy a stay in our accommodation. The bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.
In addition, beach chairs are available and two bicycles exclusive to guests so they can fully enjoy their stay in Benidorm.
The building has a communal swimming pool and communal parking subject to availability. The pool and garden area is connected to the pool and garden of the Mariscal V (5) block.
